				Solding the v2.8 kit: What components are particularly sensitive to heating from the solding iron?

				Electrolytic cap's suffer from heat exhaustion but you'd be hard pressed to delaminate the synthex v2.8 pcb or bugger any components up really.
Just heat the area where the component lead and the track meet for a couple of seconds and apply the solder at the last moment - remember you're not trying to melt solder onto a cool surface.
Wipe the tip of the iron on a damp sponge regularly and take a bath at least once a week.
